 The most helpful part of the course was learning how to communicate with people in a positive manner. I enjoyed the reading very much and found it useful. The instructor was wonderful!

The Alternative Dispute Resolution Specialist is a non credit professional certificate awarded to students who successfully complete three mediation courses through the IADR Professional Mediation Program. Typically, this includes successful completion of the CORE mediation course and 2 advanced mediation courses. The ADR Specialist can be taken in a collaborative online class or as self-paced independent study.
Alternative Dispute Resolution Specialist Graduate Certificate (ADR-G)
The Alternative Dispute Resolution Specialist Graduate Certificate is awarded to students who successfully complete three mediation courses. Typically, this includes successful completion of the CORE mediation course and 2 advanced mediation courses. In addition to fulfilling all expectations required of the ADR Specialist Professional Certificate, students enrolling for graduate credit must complete additional written assignments.
